When Benny and his wife are not switching off their mobiles, why can't Gayu request the minister to trace the location of either Benny or his wife or even both?

Next, minister's brother gave back Prakash's mobile to police after his adiyal' has spoken to Malarvizhi in Prakash's voice. He should not have done that. If Malarvizhi, for some reason, once again tries to contact that mobile, what will happen?

Further, minister's adiyal, who spoke in Prakash's voice says that he will identify Malarvizhi and also says what shirt he wears. Has he or the minister's brother ever seen Malarvizhi's photo before?
