It's really funny, but I observe that I tend to get a bit uncomfortably self-conscious when I'm amidst people who are formidably good-looking
AND who are equally intelligent and witty to boot(and I get to see only a precious few of such people, that too once in a blue moon).....Those kind of people make me feel inadequate and menial. 😭
Then there are the stereotypical "dumb blondes" in every society and culture, now those kind of people make me feel guiltily better about myself 😳 I feel so eternally grateful that I have my wits intact...
The third kind are those people who aren't much of a looker, but are extraordinarily intelligent and well-spoken,with impeccable mannerisms, such people imbue a sense of overwhelming respect and regard...
The fourth most commonly seen classification is that of a blend of moderate looks and fair to middling intelligence....These are the people I connect most easily with,as I myself fall into this category 😳 ...These people are not imbecilic, though they do tend to have a few foot in the mouth moments(I've had plenty of those),as well as some of those instances when they bowl everyone over with their insight and smarts....
In conclusion,I'd say that I size up the "personality" of the person whilst judging him/her..Looks alone isn't the parameter I utilise for weighing people....As for first impressions,it again boils down to the person's personality, manners, etiquette, demeanour and bearing....
