Hey Jaykish!
I am not a very well-versed with economics at all, but will respond with the little knowledge that i have.

It is not possible to have 100% employment I think. It also could be stagnating to have such..

We are not living in a animal society. Charles darvin has used the word for animal socity. We are men and we have a society not only society we have well setteled society and we should know the basis requirement of society to help each other. Why will survive only fittest. Here one question arises that how can one be better and another not better?

Who has responsibilitly to provide a job, your life security. If government will not do that then why have you established a government. Is goverment for government?

To begin with while the onus of providing jobs for everyone does not rest with the government alone, it is indeed the government that has to create a favorable environment and infrastructure for industries and businesses to flourish. And a country like India with more than abundant natural resources and brainpower can easily achieve at least 90% employment if these resources are channelized and utilized in an effective way.

I know noone can think that 100% job is possible. Becouse even our goverment, media and economist spread the news that 100 % job is not possible. It is right in this system in which we are living 100% job is not possible. But in human society 100% job is possible. I have written a article for 100% job read it. after reading you that we will discuss further.
