We are men and we have a society not only society we have well setteled society and we should know the basis requirement of society to help each other. well charles darvin or any society can't guarantee you employment, its how capable you make yourself for the exisiting employment,

and you are right basic requirement of the society is to help each other....but when you are selected for a job will you back off, so that the other candidate gets it saying if i am better cant he not be .....😆

Why will we fight for a job? Is it necessary to fight getting a job? What is the main intension to do job? If you have talent then that talent only use for fight to get a job? You should know we have some fundamental right which we get by state what is that? One of the our fundamental right is job for everyone because to live one ones have to work then why can't get one job for himself. Fight for job shows we are fighting for our life not for showing our talent. Talent is not fight. Talent just create something, research on something, develop something. please let us stop citing just someone's blogs and start thinking for ourselves, our structure is different, we are not communists nation, we are a democracy

In Democracy, we all have rights and responsibilities. In Communism you dont have rights and you dont have responsibilities, if we want our rights, we should learn to handle our responsibilities too, a large difference between what you cite and what we have here in India

what all does have the Govt have to do?

The primary responsility of the Govt is to provide an environment of safety and equality.

Now if a citizen is educated or not, it becomes his responsibility to look after his interests. In a democratic set-up the citizen has that responsibility, we are not communists, where the citizen has no rights and no responsibilities, here we have our rights and our responsibilities

If a citizen cannot find a job, he/she should not just sit there waiting for Govt to do something, they should go out and look for whatever gets food on the table, whether or not it suits their qualifications, That is "Their" responsibility towards themselves and the country.

Unfortunately in India, we are very used to this, "oh I am a Engineer" "oh I am a B'com" this work is beneath me and Govt should create a job for me.

NO doesnt work that way

If the citizens start picking up their responsibilty the Govt will have enough time to do what they are supposed to do, like provide us security and equality

We should get out of this entitlement mentality, Oh my Govt is supposed to do this for me. No the govt is not supposed to do anything, you have two hands, you work

forget about that socialism crap, doesnt work in India, we chose to be a democracy, we are not China, let us start to work with what we have

At first I want to clear that the blog is mine and i have written the article over 100% job. second things that you have misunderstanding about communism. So you should study some book on communism.

In democrecy nothing you have right only you have devotion to govornment which handle or capture by captalist. You are living in captalist systems. Captalist system is a market socity not a human society and can not be human society ever. Captalist systems means the power and captare of big captial over socity and market.

Is your government cooked food for you? Is expectations is wrong then what is right? When do you want something by the state that is not expectations that is your right and no one want extra the goverment. Whenever the government everyday captaure your rights and even your resources.
