I disagree with a lot of you here and I don't think true love is hard to find. I've seen so many (if I must say...old) couples who I think have had one of the most successful love life than many of the recent marriages.

I totally hatee the types of teenagers who will have a school or college crush and go round telling their friends OMG this is true love! All i can say is...get a life!🤢 There are very rare cases where these relationships are taken to another level called 'commitment'.

Also, it depends what your definition is of those words 'true love'. It can be expressed in many different ways and sometimes its there and we don't even realise it...😊

See True Love is like a good meal or Gujrati Thali - with Dhokla and Malpua.. Tikha/Mitha etc.. ( I can see Qwerts running to the nearest Swad freezer 😆) .You never know how good the food is until you have eaten it so yeah like someone said it is only at the end of the journey one can absolutely positvely say it was true love and it will look like true love cos we as humans have selective memory and remember mostly the good times..😛

All the good stuff is said in Eulogy anyway..😊

Nisha, are you sure you are not confusing companionship for true love here? Most indian couples I know/see, especially the old couples, are still together because they were raised that way - to respect the institution of marriage - and over time they become good companions. Whether they are the true love for one other ....i doubt that....and this goes for all recent marriages too.

It's more due to the harmones...a passing phase. don't hate them ...i just find it very amusing and it puts a smile on my face😊 i used to be like that too when i was a teenager😆 part and parcel of growing up i guess😊

Love is love, there are over a hundred meanings for love, passion romance, honesty, a mixture of all really but true love, nearly everyone has that in their life. They just don't realise till a while later. True love means understanding. One trusts another more than themselves and feels ready to satisfy every little need of a partner. Two people don't stop for a second looking into each other eyes. Jealousy or anything else of that sort doesn't exist in true love which is one of the reasons I mentioned about some elder married couples. This isn't there anymore, years of marriage have gone by but that special feeling and bond for each other is still there.😊

Even they say being married for sooooooooo long couple starts thinking alike and looking alike. I swear I have seen 2 couples in their late 50s and 60s married for 40some yrs and they started looking alike 😳

Hey, I am not fond of the word "true love" either.. what is other stuff? fake love? there are reasons why people part, doesn't mean their love was fake.. it wasn't the the DIVINE kind that could break the barriers of time and space.
