Oops Lighty , i guess I interpreted it oppostite of what u were indicating! OH LOL~ @ those women! I know few.
In their case I wonder why the husband puts up with that. It seriously is emotional abuse when repeated..

The last time the MAN heard, it was a MAN's world... and cant seem to agree that woman got a right to live in too ... with dignity 😉

Every year the results are out, the girls score more than guys, the girls passing percentage is higher than boys... and in most cases, it does translate into women having qualifications higher than the man... sometimes even pay packets higher than man.

There is nothing right or wrong about who can be more educated or more moneyed, but at the end of the day, if THE fragile ego cannot accept that the woman may be more qualified than the man in field of education and that causes a friction between the two, it would be better, for the longevity of the relationship, to permit the MAN to believe that he is better😛

I believe that the current generation of men (mostly) have a more healthier ego than their ancestors, and problems of ego clashes on account of higher education or bigger pay packets should not affect the relationship.... but then again, no two men are alike and one cannot tar another with the same brush without independently assessing each man.

👏

Wow, Priyadi said it all!!!

Fwiw, I admire the way Jaya Bhaduri, Hema malini and Sridevi married the guys who at the time were lesser in their respective fields but nevertheless carry on with grace and dignity.

Thats true...😆

Haha! Whatever you said sounds true ideally but reality bites are different!

Regarding acceptance of the intelligence of boss!! Most of the times most of the people feel that he/she is more intellignet than his/her boss ! They feel they deserve the boss post more than the current boss!!

Ok! even if the boss is intelligent! That is professional life, we can manage the boss!!

Driving the point home,it is comfortable or nice for a female to have a malepartner who is more intelligent and more educated than her! Similarly for a male it is advisable to have a comparatively less educated girl as his partner .Even if the wifel is more intelligent than the husband ,it looks nice if she does'nt try to portay her intelligence before all by overlooking or degrading the husband!BTW I'm saying these for those people who are planning to celebrate silver jublee, golden jublee years of marraige with the same partner!!

why more? why can't they be equal? How does a super- brilliant woman find a man else 😉

So the basic critieria for falling in LOVE is HIGHER INTELLIGENCE and HIGHER EDUCATION😃!

that's what you think! Bush should have been a single man, if every woman felt this way & BTW, they'll be together for a life-time, something you boasted about in the latter part 😉

In realistic world saccha pyaar, saccha dil will not work! These are my personal views!

interesting, glad to know they're just personal. cos I am missing validity in them.. but POV is POV and hence respected.

Again, what if one is a genius herself and has studied upto the highest degree in her field?? Do you suggest for us to stay single ? Who decides comfort?

Similarly for a male it is advisable to have a comparatively less educated girl as his partner .

Huh?? Why? Do you really think they treat their men better? Time to open your eyes and look around - is my sisterly advise. Not being a sister 420, just being an elder and experienced woman 😆.

Even if the wifel is more intelligent than the husband ,it looks nice if she does'nt try to portay her intelligence before all by overlooking or degrading the husband!

Again, that has nothing to do with being more intelligent. Seen dumbest of women acting smart and henpecking their husbands. BAD Attitude and education / intelligence have no correlation.

I was wondering if you additionally felt that more educated man can humiliate less educated woman and it would be ok?

BTW I'm saying these for those people who are planning to celebrate silver jublee, golden jublee years of marraige with the same partner!!

BTW, how many couples you think have celebrated all these jubilees? HUGE MAJORITY!! Given your POV is correct, more than HUGE MAJORITYof Indian women must be less educated and DUMBER than Indian men. I refuse to agree with that 😉.

😆 😆 😆

QT and Tisha, I totally agree with you girls.

Mythhilli ji, even if you go back to Indian mythology, there are numerous instances of sati savitri who got her husband's life back and what not. A woman does not become a complete woman by merely accepting the subservient status to a male. I would love to know how many men get stimulated by women who are dumb or act dumb....not many...especially if they happen to be men of substance...the secured confident kind of men😊 Acting dumb would be like manipulating your man in to thinking that he is superior. How about keeping your intellect and working on a relationship to base it on mutual respect...if nothing else. Marriage is not about being superior or inferior. It's more about being equal. Try running your cart with two uneven sized wheels...you won't go much far 😊

I know. If Savitri was not intelligent then she would have just comitted suicide after Satyavan's death. Imagine Satyavan's plight if Savitri was an idiot or with low IQ😆
