If there has to be a friendship between man/woman and they both like each other very much including physical aspects of each other then sex becomes an extension of that friendship given their opp genders...After all friendship means going all the way...

Had an interesting meeting with a brother of a friend who is gay and a wedding dress designer in NYC for some high profile clients and I can see why he has soooo many female friends...😆 He is so friendly and easy to talk to and women just love him... now this is called platonic friendship with a guy...😉😆

well, I am agreed with with Tish and to some extend qwerts too .
infact I have objection over use of *Clean* for platonic relations .. makes very beautiful relation between husband and wife (future or current😛) sound *filthy* .
have to agree with you LH over platonic relationship with a guy 😉 have one gay fellow student in my class ...gals are very comfortable with him 😆😆😆

the kind of relationship that lighthouse mentioned i agree with it and thats the kind of relationship i was talking about and agree with tania too that touching patting etc can lead to something else in the future, although my previous opinions were based on unmarried, not touching each other type people, just basic friendship that can exist, i think with more responses its becoming clearer to me now 😆 😆 😆

Me, too! If there is no hugging/patting involved.... then what? Just talk, talk, talk??? 😕😕

Nothing is wrong with talking .... just wondering if talking and caring for another is also considered emotional intimacy? Nothing is wrong with emotional intimacy. That is what I am trying to figure out.

general talk imo is ok but caring a lot will eventually lead to emotional intimacy that can lead to something else in future as tania said. now in case of married person, the spouse must know who are the friends of his/her spouse and that spouse can talk in general without sharing each and everything with care as long his/her partner is ok with it

But friendship isn't "general" talk, is it? 😕

So from what I am understanding from all this... it is not possible for girl-guy to be friend?? 😕

yes why not, at workplaces and other places you encounter such situations, its upto you where you draw the line, may be for you general talk is more like sharing details then it is not general talk anymore, the way you talk with the boys the same way you talk with girls, thats the kind of conversation am talking about
