Inspired by the other hot thread....😛

    • What exactly professional behavior is ?
    • Defination of professionalism is fixed or it changes with time?
    • Is emotional aspect of a personality considered part of professional behavior?

    • What exactly professional behavior is ?
  • Its basically behaving appropriate to your profession,..... if you a doctor talk that way.. if a barber.. just dont stop talking.....😆
    • Defination of professionalism is fixed or it changes with time?
  • As people become more unprofessional these restrictions are relaxed like you can now spit while talking😆 wear torn apparel,
    • Is emotional aspect of a personality considered part of professional behavior?
  • No its just what you are trained to do......😆.. nothing innate.. just everything related to external behavior

Professionalism is basically leaving aside ones other personal priorities, duties, grudges, feelings and behaving politically correct and dedicating oneself to whatever fetches him / her daily bread

AK 47 that can be fired at any hardworking yet balanced individual (in terms of family life and work) by bosses at their own will. The more the losers bosses in their personal life, the more prosfessional, they IMAGINE themselves to be 😃

It is not true for all, but is commonly seen in my profession. so there you go -- that's my biassed view 😆 😆

Love the way you write QT..😆😆

Some how I feel that for "some professions" the definition is now changing .

Ofcourse the ones own personal worries would probably never be acceptable , however ,lovy dovy, touchy....whatever behaviour is now expected for certain professions where for long period of time such things were not expected .

Last month I had a chance to attend one meeting with instructors of health care profession. where the main topic was to develop emotional expressiblity among students so that they can develop o empathy later in their professional lives.

This is funny .. on the initial steps we develope \filter out emotional part from students and then later on expect them to develop it through certain courses.

Cause now in current situation patients oppsss"Clients" (more politically correct 🤢) need some one better than google\medline, who have some personal touch ..
