Few of them criticising her make up, few were wondering how she got dusky complexion when her mother is fair and the most irritating comments were despite of her dark skin tone she is gorgeous. We don't usually compliment someone saying that despite of your fair complexion you are gorgeous. It indirectly pass the message that despite of the negative factor you are beautiful. She is not a famous personality , there was no need to bring the colour discussion as the video was not about dusky skin makeover . "I have commented that what was the need to bring colour discussion under a random video. The girl is really gorgeous" This girl immediately replied thanking me for the support . I realised that the girl was reading the negative comments and probably the positive comment gave her little relief .

That’s so cringy like you don’t compliment people like that !! Infact that’s not even a compliment ..

I hate it when people comment such crap like don’t comment on someone’s complexion that’s racist and colourist

I didn't expect her to be this articulate or sporting to be honest😆 maybe someone else drafted it for her? Whatever it is, it's really wise of her to post this.. she has received a lot of hate for her online presence but I am glad she takes it all in stride.. I hope she continues to be this way because honestly of she plans on entering the industry, the criticism is gonna get much worse

This is not even 1% of the criticism she gets online

She is being called transgender (I hate it how some ppl use this an a gaali🤐) , kaam wali bai ( again using this word as an insult 🤐) kaali billi etc n what not

I m so glad that she used her platform to address this sensitive issue 👏

Kudos to her for taking all the hatred n criticism so sportingly n calling out the hypocrisy of our society 👏

Of course I know half of people follow her due to her being Shahrukh's daughter😆 I was just trying to say k her translating the stuff in English doesn't really mean she assumed herself to have foreign fans😆

I just think it's her being pretentious.

Also isn't it funny her father promoting skin brightening creams I'm mean how about look in your own house and then maybe call others out..

Also I'm in no way defending those comments they are nasty but to me she's looking like a pretentious and playing victim 🤢👎🏼

Erm, she is calling him out and she even mentioned family. She knows this will get picked up by the media and then they will question why her own father does fairness cream ads. This is going to get him bashed for sure. Nobody can handle you like your own kids can. 😆

But such people exist in very few numbers in India. Most have brown skin tone. It ranges from lighter to dark but not white.

I only meant the brownish fair skin tone ones, not the Caucasian skin tone ones.

Some people are.. some people have Caucasian skin tone and light hair and eyes too.

One of my cousin is really white with blue eyes, she got teased around too.. like people used to call her white wash, white rat and things like that. She’s extremely beautiful.. and that caused other problems. She gets stared at no matter where she goes..

But she is a victim😆 she has been called all sorts of names for her color and features for years now so she isn't playing victim, she is one

Yes, her father endorsed fairness cream.. does that mean others get the license to be call her names for her color or that she gotta put up with it? Why will she be answerable for her father's professional choices? How do you know she didn't address this issue with her father too? She ain't gonna display it on SM for sure.. but these vile comments were made online so she addressed them online.. how's it being pretentious😆

Its amazing to be honest😆 yes.. Shahrukh promoted a fairness brand.. yes.. it was wrong.. but what does it really have to do with Suhana.. Why can't she take a stand on what she is being subjected to without it becoming all about her father?😆 Matlab your father promoted a fairness brand so you gotta put up with people calling you kaali billi and chudail😆

This is thrash... nobody deserves this💔

I so relate to this. I've been told all my life until a few years back how I'm not as pretty or fair as my mother. When I started staying more at home and the tan wore off. Then everyone started pointing out that I got a skin lightening. I mean its frustrating. Racism is horrible.

Humein toh sirf relatives bolte hai n this is the effect. Wonder how these kids tolerate.
