Our current situation is really causing fear and stress and that really affects our immune system. I know it's quite difficult to get rid of those two but let's try to do some activities that will lessen our stress and manage our fears. Let's enjoy our time with our family. Watch movies all together, play boardgames and maybe we can talk about some throwback stories that could probably make us laugh. And also, maybe we can decrease our time spent with social media especially that our newsfeed are all covered with covid-19 updates.
