Who are responsible for Refugee Crises?

The little child who was washed ashore is now the topic of a global debate on human conscience. But is the west morally responsible to accept majority of the Refugees from war torn countries like Syria and Libya? How much are Indians responsible, or the Arab nations and Russians or the Chinese?
Where are the claimants of the "Greatest Nation" tag? i.e. Where are the people of the USA? Do they conveniently have no responsibility?

To the question is: Can Arabs, Middle Easterners, or only the Muslims countries responsible for the refugee crises in Libya, Syria, Algeria or Iraq and Afghanistan? Or, should the USA take the lions share (in the same way they do in the global spending on defence)?

Whosoever was responsible for it the whole world would eventually have to pay one way or other. Collective karma?
A country like Germany has been in the forefront in giving asylum to thousands of refugees. How long before the citizens of the host country get outnumbered by the refugee's progeny especially considering the zero population growth of the host country?

Imagine all the possible implications for the future. The refugee majority countries could get drawn into an active war like situation. Economy takes a hit. Who all stand to gain?

difficult to answer.
As for me the solution would be to end the war in Syria so that it would dicrease the crisis. Migrants feel insecure in their own country it's normal that they leave. Germany took a high step by welcoming them and I hope others countries will do the same or find another solution for them. 😭

When the war stops will the refugee problem be sorted? Will the migrants be sent back or are they to be accommodated indefinitely? India had to accommodate them permanently.

Nobody's responsible.

This is just unfortunate. I just wonder HOW the EU nations would tackle this...especially now that the immigration has gone beyond their control.

The USA is not responsible is funding Is Is making chaos? I think the USA, which only took 2000 refugees from Syria should take more. They are not even provided enough funding for the refugees in Turkey and Lebanon, who are not allowed to work there either. Perhaps we should research as to why they are moving to Germany.

Germany allows Refugees to work, and they can give them education and a chance to live normally. In Turkey, Lebanon and other camps, they have severe shortage of food. All this comes from a Ukrainian channel which I was watching yesterday, and in an interview they said this with someone from Washington on air.

I see someone asked about Indian Refugees, which I don't know much. I have lived a good 3 years of my life in India and I think there are too diverse people here to be caught as a refugee or a pure foreigner (apart from some Europeans, specially if they are blonde, otherwise even they can be lost in the crowed). In Europe as everyone is white, the foreigner is easily singled out and anyone who is not a white does in one way or the other stands out. Its just simple. Probably anyone migrating or fleeing to India will have less problems assimilating than they will in Europe. However, some European countries e.g. Germany is still lucrative due to their generous system.

USA is not even giving proper funds for the refugee crisis that they have very directly created. This is my opinion. They always do very little, and say too much.

ISIS is a world problem, not that of a single country. It is not our responsibility alone to deal with them. If you wish to point fingers at a single person, the person who removed Sadam Hussein would be a good target. There would be no ISIS if he were still in power.

22 million people living in Syria before the war, twelve million are now homeless...as per News Egypt, with a population of 90 million, has taken 130,000 refugees while, in contrast, Turkey, population 78 million, has taken almost half of all fleeing Syrians.

why are the refugees not being sent to Saudi Arabia which has the space and the wealth to deal with this?😕

Saudi Arabia is special I think, because they have oil. They use the religious position to pass all their personal desires like every other powerful state.
