I don't know how everything becomes about individual rights. There are rights of the collective too. And deviant sex po*n can affect different people differently and it's harmful for kids.
po*n addicts need to find another pastime.

As per the Indian law,an accused will be treated as guilty until proven innocent. Hence,I need you to prove that all the videos and pictures on all these 857 websites have only adults who had consented. Also, prove that the audiences too consists only of adults. Impossible, I myself am a minor.I rest my case.Thank you.

You made the assertion that "many of the people you are seen on the sites are minors". Hence, its you who should be advancing proof in support of your claim.

The same way we need to ban knives and blades.

Why don't you think about banning things that may actually do the public health some good and kick pharma in the teeth, thus reducing govt expenditure on new hospitals etc. What do you get out of making ridiculous assertions which are not even worth wasting any words on?

Like stopping Pharma companies from doling out sops to Doctors? Been done already.
You were talking about rights of the collective---not allowing stuff which have the potential to do harm. So I mentioned knives, blades and heavy objects.

Banning stuff is indirectly taking responsibility off people. po*n cannot induce people to rape or torture people sexually, unless they were perverts in the first place. That's something you need to grasp.

@krystalwatz
No, it's not about sops. It's about repackaging garbage like bran oils and refined stuff as healthy and lobbying govts enough not to ever have info becoming widely known.

The knives stuff is just crazy. Sex is a primal need. A kid growing up and watching deviant po*n for the first time might think it's the normal way to have sex.

What else can you do with knives unless you're into SDM and snuff. Oh, I forgot, people must be allowed to do whatever behind closed doors.

Then why do Women's commissions cry blue murder about marital rape? If their man got inspired to try out some of the kinky stuff, then just deal with it.

I am not an expert at Indian Law but i though it is innocent until proven guilty to start with but it changes depending on the circumstances. Check this link :

Does anyone know what those 850+ sites are? How many of them present Indian content or produced in India. If they have Indian content, were they produced under a named corporation or production house? Or are they just those MMS sort of clips.

Reason I ask these questions is, if they are legal production houses or registered companies then they have an obligation to make sure the people filmed in the videos are consenting adults. However if they are shot form a mobile phone or non-professional recording then you have 50-50 chances there could be minors involved. This applies to videos produced in India or foreign content.

Though it is touch to manage what is out there on internet, there are some tools that parents and guardians can use to manage the content kids can access on their phones or computers. It is called Parental control.

Exactly. So just as we keep them out of reach of children.. a po*n ban does the same.. keep it out of their reach.. but since grownups have no control so these are like semi automatic.. and need to be out of their reach as well.,.so a ban does both of these!!!!

Yes,I might change depending on circumstance-hence neither you nor I am completely right or wrong.
A lot of these sites are like YouTube, people upload their content there.Needs to be regulated.
Parental control is bullshit.really.

And what about the right to an adult's private pleasure-seeking activity within the confines of his home? As for keeping them out of reach, I already mentioned parental locks. But the point the majority of people here make is, that if something has the potential to encorage a crime,it should be outright banned.By that logic, we should ban knives, since plenty of people keep knives within reach of kids as well.

Hope you get the point now.
