Objectification of women is endemic to our culture and may other cultures too. You only need to switch on the TV or open your eyes to any advertisements or movies. From Fair & Lovely ad to item songs in movies women are objectified. po*n takes this to a new level. BTW some researches also say as much as women are objectified in po*n, men also feel in adequate them self watching and comparing to the male actors. In reality major population of men wont be able to last as long as it is shown in movies. So pressure is on for both sides. That is a bit of diversion from current topic.

Exactly! pressure is on both sides.
I wonder what good does po*n do to anyone..why is it even needed? I find it more harmful than good.

It's a good statement you made there. Just for argument sake, replace the work po*n in above statement with Alcohol or tobacco or paan or even a gold plated and diamond encrusted iphone. They all fall under WANTS and not NEEDS.

How does it matter though. Without having po*n to watch, humans still have imagination with them :P

I'm neutral to government's decision. :P

I don't see iphones doing any harm-it's advantages are more than it's disadvantages-not in case of po*n,tobacco,alcohol and all such bullshit.

iPhone was a bit of exaggeration or may be not. Since when did those MMS start being so common. I remember the days when phones were not that smart and we did not have MMS scandals.

Smart phones are WANTS and not NEEDS, we perfectly lived life with out them for very long time. It is one of the instruments which is used to produce po*n and distribute po*n.

Krystal_Wats that reminds me of 50 Shares of Gray both the book and movie. Its BDSM and domestic violence packaged as sensual pleasure. If we only wonder why that book made it to top sellers list. Does that mean as long as we tell the story with flowery words and poetry and a good looking lead hero, BDSM is OK ?
