Hain na? You forgot about FOOD! Lol it's a shame you've got to break the bank for it all though eh? also loving the recent trend in the last 5-8 years of destination weddings. Helps filter out some of the unwanted guests lol

Ahh no-one does weddings like we do 😎

Me too, you have no unwanted Auntys-Uncles, you haven't seen in ages or never heard about. Also more fun. I don't care man, each to their own, but I like pretty weddings. 😆
Food is love , goes without saying. You need to check Anita Dongre's collection -swoons.

Some genius reporter came up with the brilliant idea of lying down in Abdul Sattar Edhi's grave to report his death.
I'd like to know what exactly was the purpose. Was he reporting the dimensions or maybe the experience of entering a grave. Or was he hiding there in hope of some sort of scoop.

Literally why I detest NYT's Indian desk..the headline and the image perception. I really want to know what would they call a man who recruits terrorists , brandishes guns and makes videos for recruiting .

who recruits terrorists , - Exercising his rights to livelihood
brandishes guns and - Exercising his rights to bear arms
makes videos for recruiting .- Exercising his rights of freedom of expression

They will call him a law abiding citizen exercising his god given rights.

@CG - I love her stuff, and so so much better than her circa 2014 collection. There's this one place in Mumbai that every single NRI on this planet shops from. So you end up going to weddings, looking around and thinking "seen that, almost bought that, got that in a different colour" lol

Not Indian, but as of late, Zuhair Murad has been on point!

@Serena Williams- how amazing is she!! And her recital of Maya Angelou's poem, love love love! :)

Do you have a count of all the black lives matter protests and how many actually ended up in looting and vandalism?

RTH, do you really not know about the violence, the looting, the riots, the arson, random shootings at police cars, throwing of molotov cocktails and rocks, burning of cop cars, looting of dozens of businesses, etc., in Baltimore, Ferguson, Oakland, LA and other places or are you asking me to do your homework for you and provide links to newspaper articles and such from the past?

But if you insist:

BTW, do you know many protestors were chanting "What do we want? Dead Cops!" in NY?

Do you know how many protestors were chanting "Pigs in a blanket, Fry 'em like bacon" in Minnesota? Pigs in a blnket as in police in body bags?

Do you know how many scores of officers were injured during these protests?

And the liberals support these goons?!

The most peaceful of these protests basically amount to disrupting normal life, blocking of intersections, freeways, bringing everything to a standstill and not letting regular people work. Yeah, no vandalism, looting etc., during these peaceful protests but no normal life either.

If the police who are there to protect and serve are so poorly trained that they end up selectively slaughtering or abusing one segment of the population, do you really expect the people to just sit back and accept it?

Your statement first assumes that the police here are "selectively slaughtering or abusing one segment of the population" and then proceeds to ask the loaded question "what should those who are being selectively slaughtered or abused, do?"

If this is just a chat, we will leave it at that; as an assumption. If this were a debate, we would proceed to crunch facts and figures to validate or invalidate that assumption. The way I remember it, we did have a back and forth on this very topic once but I don't think we convinced one another to change stance even back then.
