Call it the ill effects of westernisation and generation gap. Iphones at age 10, junk food at age 11, cars at age 15, drugs at age 17, ciggerettes at age 18, you name it and you have all. Today's generation has changed so much that you expect the unexpected.

Although the child's behaviour, mentality, etc are shaped by their upbringing, I see that it isn't always the case.
The "youth" of today, their mentalities and all are beyond me. I see that everyone is inclined to "hangout" with peers, but nobody is ever willing to spend a few hours with their own parents. Values and priorities have changed.
