Well I guess there are rules that prevent you from going on a date with your boss.. but there is nothing wrong if you are going to discuss your work over lunch 😛 Just make sure you don't eat from the same plate 😆

If you were in love with someone who stands against your principals what would you choose?

I would say it depends on the principles .. will you regret bending the rules for the sake of the one you love at a later point in time? It might seem trivial then; you might think that the principle doesn't matter as much as the person you love.. and it might work out for a short period.. but in the long run, it could come back to haunt you and you might end up fighting with your loved one over that issue.
So yeah.. depends .. so better to think it through before you make a decision!

i think one principle we should follow is the Heineken Uncertainty Principle: you can never be sure who you were with last night after a few beers.😆

other principles to live by: rather than change your party for your principles, change your principles for the party;

some physics principles: Newton's first law: bodies in motion stay in motion, and bodies at rest bed stay in bed.

and the principle about why quantum physicists are poor at sex: because when they find the position, they cant find the momentum. And when they can find the momentum, they cant find the position.

alright, seriously, those are my principles. If you dont like them... well, i can change them.😆 [marx brothers]

Great question. I am only glad that I have not been put to test on that so far. Touch-wood.

Hypothetically speaking, if that were to happen, I would pick people but I would also lose some self-respect.

Just saw Aarya's question and found it so interesting that i am quoting you both! hehhe! 😆.

To answer your question simply, for me i don't think anything is greater or more powerful over love. I would chose love anyday, over anything. As much of a hardcore romantic i am, the irony i have always failed in love 😆

You would do ANYTHING for love... You would kill for love? Steal for love? Hurt someone else for the person you love?

@Moon

I dont think i can fall in love with a person who tells me to commit a crime of any sort. I was thinking more along the lines of normal things like for eg if my love wanted me to stay with his family or abroad far from my family etc i might compromise. If my love is vegetarian, i am the sort that can probably adapt to being a vegetarian myself! However if he wanted.me.to start taking drugs, drinkin and driving that sorta thing, i dont think i can fall in love with idiots like that :)

This is a classic example of "lost in translation"

I referred to my boss as a "he", Angie picked it up as "she" and next thing you know, people are licking each other's fingers...😆

P.S: It is against my principles to nest more than 1 quote but then I did it anyway, this one time, because I had to make a point. So I guess I break principles to make points. I just learned that about myself.
