Ohk . for some reason I cant not post picture , I don't know what problem 'In picture a raped girl is holding a banner written

"my rapist doesn't know he is rapist .. you taught him it wasn't his fault 'I got drunk flirted too much nd my shorts 'too short..i was asking for it '''he left me in parking garage staircase ''.my ex BF spit in my face, he called me a s**t , he called me a wh**e '. I deserved it .my friend gave my dirty looks 'called me trash 'not realizing 'it could have been them 'this culture ..your culture ..my culture 'told me ..told them this was my fault 'and I suffered 'and my rapist doesn't know he is rapist '. "

So ii was wondering '.is it really good after rape blaming a girl for that her short skirts instigated rapist to rape her '..is it fair ????

hmm I thought you were asking a philosphical question by posting no picture. lol

@ topic
1) Even if someone blames a girl then it does not mean they are absolving the guy of any blame. So first of all we need to be clear that rapist is a rapist and there is no excuse. Rapist should be taken to task.
2) I am persoanlly against any physical interactions outside of framework of a marriage but even if i were to see it as okay it should not be forced and against the will so the question of not blaming the guy and the girl does not arise in my opinion regardless of my take on relationships.
3) If I go in front of a train then there can be two outcomes
a- if i am superman or hulk then i can grab the train and throw it
b- i will get run over by it
There needs to be an element of caution. Wearing minis, drinking, passing out in a party with boys and then saying stay away from me is okay and does not deserve a forced physical interaction (rape) however you increase your risk of getting harmed. You do get some blame to put yourself in such a situation. It is still not your fault but yes it is irresponsible behavior like me ending up in front of train. I hope people get what I am trying to say here. lol

There is absolutely no such thing as "asking for it". Short skirts, revealing tops or flirting are absolutely no excuse to rape or take advantage of someone. Real men know the importance of consent and that means consent by a sober rational mind. Real men don't take advantage of women on flimsy excuses that she was flirting, she was drinking or she wore too few clothes. Real men stand up for women against douche bags who don't know what being a man is about.

There is no excuse for rapists, a woman may parade naked in front of you but if she says no, it means no. A civilized man will suck it up and leave, he won't force himself on her. The ones who do are unevolved primates still living in their primitive caveman days. I never understood, how do men even rape? She's not wet, she's not ready, how do you force yourself inside her? Does it even feel good? Seems like an exercise in futility to me. Then again, this is how they procreated in the stone age, did not they? Men pulled the woman by the hair, dragged them to the caves and had their way. Perhaps, all men are rapists in their mind, some just act out on their fantasies. The ones who don't are evolved, the ones who do are neanderthals.

In a logical debate we need to set aside our emotions and analyze the situation on reality.
Sure all men should be civilized. There should be no crime in this world. We should all be like a hum aap ke hain kaun type family. We should all love each other, sing songs, enjoy good food, dance, romance, chat, spread arms. Everyone should be free to parade naked without getting eyed or free to get wet at some beach and yet no one should look at them with bad intention. Now I am sorry to break the news - the world and life aint fair. Expecting others to be okay is being naive. And what is this thing "real men". Real man do this, real man say i am sexy. I mean what kind of thought process is this?
Now I dont know about others but whatever I have seen in this world, parading naked, getting drunk and passing out or presenting wet bodies does not constitue a civilized behavior either.
There is a reason this act is called rape. There are people who are not civilized. There are people who when see such things dont end up saying "sister, please wear this burqa over your bikini" or "lady please take the towel, sardi lag jayee gi aap ko". Not everyone is a ricky behl out there who despite being con man end up bringing drunk passed out girl back home.
So while there is no excuse and such people should be dealt with there lies a responsibility on the girls to exercise caution.

Surely you jest. Men and women parade around naked in nude beaches. No one is raping anyone in broad daylight or otherwise. Animals hump at the mere thought. Humans (I'd like to assume) exercise reason and morality before doing so, that is why we are superiors. Expecting a human to behave like a human isn't too much to ask. As for the whole world isn't fair jargon, we all know that.

You cannot blame the girl for the lack of humanity on someone else's part. If you and your child are lost in the jungle for days with no food or water, would you kill the child and cannibalize just because the child happens to be there and is a ready source of food? Would anyone? Answer that before you try to place some part of the blame on the girl for being there half naked. The child is also a potential source of nutrition and is just there just as the naked girl is a potential source of pleasure and is just there. We do what we can to survive but there are limits we don't cross because we reason, we think, we moral police our own thoughts before acting out on them. Expecting civility from a fellow human isn't being naive.

I don't think men are uncontrollable wild animals who can't keep their pants on when they see a woman. I view men as human beings, their thoughts and intents may falter occasionally, but they always conduct themselves with dignity and respect. They may think about sex a lot, but they never rape, harass or even take advantage of women no matter what the circumstance. And that is what I mean by "real men", genuine human beings who have a conscience of what is right and wrong and live by it.

People who rape, abuse and take advantage of others are uncivilized wild animals worse than primates, they have no right to be considered human let alone men. What problem do you have with the notion of "real men"? At least most men I know consider themselves "real men" and don't find a problem with that definition.

No asshole has the right to rape a girl even if she is running naked on the street. period. End of discussion.
