Friends

hii....no new topics for a while...and i was getting bored

so....

would you rather have a lot of ok friends or a handful really close friends? why? what are the pros and cons of both?

Personally i go for a mixture of both..i have a group of friends .. there r some people which r pretty close to me... and there r some which r sort of ok.. its good to have a mixture bag.. 😃 😉 (i have a really "Ghosty" kind of a friend too who doesn't tell me her name and keeps sending me pmz... well i think Javs u better contact her! 😉)

If i go for really good close friends ... i think i don't have to worry in my hard times when i need a shoulder to cry on .. i can count on them AND this is same for my friends too... disadvantage may be...hmm... well i think that if somehow they leave u ... or they ditch u ... u r sort of heart-broken.. so make good dependable people as ur friends!!(destiny can play very scary games at times 😕 )

Ok now for "many ok friends".. u have lots of people around u in good times ... friends hangging out to different places.. and enjoying life.. but once u may get into any trouble: people may disappear like ghosts... nobody is there by ur side and u have to fight for urself -alone! ... but then u may move on like ok, i can have another batch of just "ok friends" .. or make some really good friends... that totally depends on u how u face the situation then ..

one more thing is that even if u have few good friends .. or many on friends.. it mainly depends on how good human beings r they? Coz many ok friends may become "Good ones" after a while!! Depends on ur feelings with the person and how u choose people as ur friends.... 😊

It depends. I have gone through from having bunch of friends or people that I hung out with to having few close friends. Personally I am enjoying few close friends better.
Pros for having a lot of friends
- there is always someone to hang out with
- way too many parties to go to...increase social time

Cons
- It can be annoying. Someone always calling you or always in your house. You are obligated to go out when ever they call you.

Pros for having close friends
- they know you inside out. Some one to share your sorrows and happiness. They understand you need your space. You can call your close friends even after 2 months and they still won't mine

i would rather have a handful of really good ones.
the reason is, if u have a lot of OK friends, it would be really easy to lose them (most likely.) if u have a bunch of good friends, then itll be much easier to talk to them about your problems without trouble and without losing them

I choose to have only couple good friends vs lots of friends because with lots of friends comes lots of discussion which leads to problems. On the other hand in real life I only have two best friends in my life whom I share anything, and everything and it never leaks out. But I do have lots of acquaintance

a handful of realy close friends (i wish i did have)
they r easier 2 share things wth and are there if u need them.
