Anyways...Happiness comes from satisfaction. Everyone has different views of it but at the end of the day it all depends on you...its a state of mind. (:

Money = purchasing power
Happiness = satisfaction
More money = Greater satisfaction

Total satisfaction depends on good health and long life plus good friends, companions, family, love, wisdom etc

Can we derive "Greater Satisfaction" without money?
Depends on our aim and purpose in life, but in normal cases we need both money as well as wisdom.

i sort of dont agree with you..money yes brings material comforts and security..but happiness is sometimes that isnt always a by product in exchange of a wad of cash..

Money fetches necessities to the poor and comforts to the well off. Now, happiness is all in our heads, and has everything in the world to do with peace. And sadly, being peaceful is a trifle touchy, right. Not all get to be at peace, so instead we get sulky. And then who has time enough to worry about happiness, eeh?!

money does bring happiness in life ,no doubt ...money is not at fault at all...it is people who use money who are at fault ( who misuse)

money was never invented to create problems but humans have misused it to create problems.

and there are things money cant do but there are also things that money does...

Money can only bring momentary happiness, the reason why I think it brings temporary happiness is because it is a an object just like a new car or house, the thrill and excitement of possession runs out in time due to the simple fact that money does not change in nature and thus cannot please the ever evolving human mind and nature.

Money is means to an end, not the end itself. There are always more than one means to get to an end. However, the only thing that can bring happiness is contentment gratitude and satisfaction with life.
