Love is bunch of chemical and phermonal reactions happening......its just us reacting to the "smell" of that person. The truth is that we are jus attracted to the smell of the person and that is how we choose is we want to get emotionally attached or not...its all biology, chemistry, and psychology.....I learned it in AP Bio
it is more like emotional attachment...but wht i meant was that it is not "magical"....its just chemical reaction...for example: if ur heart 'skips a beat' by seeing a person then that is not 'magical love'....it is chemical reaction that happens due to the variation in your genes oppose to the person you 'have butterflies for'
What is your take on this?? do you still think it exsits? if it does then why??

Being that there had been very little to no evidence of a soul or a spiritual existence, I am more inclined to believe that everything is physical; every emotion we feel is the result of hormones/chemicals running through our system. That said, just because something isn't magical or divinely inspired does not make it any less real (in fact, it is the opposite that is true). So to answer your question, yes, I do, but not the way our ancestors saw it. But it is interesting to note that our brain reacts differently to different people. So does that mean that our mind does, indeed, have a seperate existence of its own?

Btw, love is a broad term. You were referring to romantic love, right?

Yes I meant Romantic sort of love...actually when people refer to love is magical then they originally mean romantic love...and a lot of ppl in my school view it differenly...first they despised me for ruining wht they called'magic' for them and second they did not like the whole concept of us responding due to variation in gene pool.....so this is certainly not wht i was expecting😊

As one learns swimming by swimming, by loving one loves.... And I think people are very miserly....they are waiting for some great beloved to happen, thn they will love.... they remain closed, they remain withdrawn, they always with a judging mind...& They just wait.... from somewhere some Cleopatra or Superman will come and then they will open their heart, bt by that time they have completely forgotten how to open it.... Don't miss any opportunity of love. Even passing in a street, you can be loving.... Even to the beggar you can be loving.... There is no need that you have to give him something... you can smile at least.... It costs nothing bt your very smile opens your heart, makes your heart more alive...a flowering heart attracts many bees, many lovers...uffffffffffff ye Mohabbat..😳😊

Dear, It was nothing personal...I was just wondering...you know how ppl say that skipping a beat and getting butterflies is a sign of love...i was just saying that it isnt...it is just a chemical reaction that your body reacts to the variation in the genes...meaning that a stranger can/may also make you do that...it doesnt mean that i dont believe in love...I do...tho not this kind but I still do....and when you fell in love with someone then you basically get attracted to the person's smell...we may not notice but it is true...I am not going against anyone's belive but merely am interested in knowing what others feel about this issue...that is all😊

what about ppl like Shoaib mallick and Ayesha , the girl he had supposedly fallen in love with without ever meeting her . The two even had a telephonic marriage. Its a different story that when they actually met it led to a divorce with lot of drama and publicity !
We also have many cases of ppl falling for celebrities without ever meeting them or err..smelling them . As for the chemical reaction is that supposed to be the cause or effect of the feeling?

Those ppl are infatuated...hence they got a divorce...it was more like an attraction....and without meeting falling in love...then its not that kind of love...its more idealistic...more psychological as opposed to falling in love at first sight....u know wht i mean?? Well, the cause is smell to get attracted and wanting to get into a relationship...the effect is skipping a beat and having butterflies..I hope I answered your questions??

I think they must have met before or had an exchange, phone calls etc
Unless it was a Marriage made in Heaven

Speaking of smell I think certain perfumes or fragrance does have a bit of magical effect too.
I love the smell of freshly washed hair with a bit of herbal fragrance too.
For that matter smelling some flowers too has a magic.
