So this was actually an essay on a practice SAT, but in your opinion is it more important to acquire/gain knowledge, or take action?

I thinks its important to gain knowledge because that knowledge is what will lead us to the future!

Knowledge if not applied in our lives is just information of little value

Supposing,let us say you successfully completed your MBA or whatever..will sitting simply without going for any job interviews or not working give you any satisfaction/money..
i believe,the end of education is not mere money making,but character building...

but if you don't use your knowledge in the right way way,of what use is your knowledge,that doesn't serve the society or any fellow human being...
