fir uss appraisal committee ke appraisal ki baat uthegi😆...itni aasani se unki baat koi thodi na maan lega............I say outsource it and get over with it😆😆....waise bhi India ke paas bahar se outsource hoker bahut jobs aati hain.........its time to return the favor😆😆

Outsourcing doesnt work for us Indians . Equipments, sponsors that were to be outsourced failed to deliver. Seeing the possibilities here, outsourced agents will also get corrupted before long 😆
