I was fine with what was shown in this MN barn scene...till the neck kiss....I felt the neck kiss was a bit too much....and why is everyone stating that MUCH worse things happen in school and college??!! I just don't understand this! Everyone here are commenting that much worse happens in college so this is nothing....So what if much worse happens in college?? We didnt ask for it to be shown on TV! I see MN as a sizzling couple and they have great chemistry without all this.....there is no NEED for such scenes to show true love...I personally feel a simple scene like Mayank and Nupur talking heart to heart would have been much more stirring.

@ red : oh, then that is ALL that is to the youth is there ??? no studies..no social service, that isnt part of being "youth" ??? then MJHT better change its title.. it shud no longer be termed as "youth" show..it shud be termed as "entertainment show"... why mock the tile of the youth show in this manner??? A youth show is something tht the youth can relate to..and the youth does NOT consist only of romance and passion and hawtness..ther may be soo many other aspects sovered too...

if u wanna kno the example of a "youth" show...hav a look at remix..or hip hip hurray..then u might kno what I mean...

I refuse to call this a youth show !!!

i just came back because my POV is different..

Im 23..my sister is 19...we come from a pretty upper class school..modern schoolwhere peopl start coupling up right from 7th grade or so... trust me PDA IS NEVER THERE!!!

and you know what, all these people DO concentrate on studies...coz students are not idiots to have a mirage of what is life supposed to be...

The best of shows are those which are a little close to real life situatiosn and mirror the society..

based on my experience, my sister's experience, myfriends experience, my nephew and niece's experience, my cousins experience, my parents experience--> it is apparently cheap and vulgar :D

capacity is different from what should be done.. todays youth are capable of a juno act, todays children are capable of jumping off terrace for shaktimaan, a show is just not a show....Follwo the news section and u will realise the level to which society is influenced by fictional shows!

intimacy is important but indian television is not ready for it! and ofcourse the INTIMACY must be justified!

again it is my POV..and i dont intend to bash..

I hope topics attacking ppl could be avoided! :D
and eprsonal vendetta in any case could eb handled directly with the person involved over PMs instead of topics

Im not com4table watching any intimate scene wid my parents nor wid my big sister.or wid any1... As a SG fan i had to skip SG neck kissing scene at d 1st place ,i watched d repeat alone though..(n didnt like it)

So moral of d story is ,its not needed every1 is dat much broadminded/Comfortable watching such scene infront of others..Personally im a not a fan of hot hot scene ..I like Subtle romance better,So NO comment abt any Hawt scene..

N who want to watch Bigboss or whatsoever reality shows,thats all der choice..We r No1 to tell dis to other in anyway..

I believe that there is nothing wrong with intimacy. I live in USA and i see it everyday, each and every relationship has intamacy involved, and till day mayur have not even touched either in that way, and today if they decided to get intimate, whats wrong with that? They are in a relationship and are commited to each other, so whats the harm in showing the love they have for each either in a physical aspect to. I just believe that alot of people are stretching the issue and if people are trying to say that 19 is a young age to get intimate than they should a take a look around them. I dont know about the rest of the world but i no in countries like UK and USA a neck kiss is nothing compared to what other shows show on tv, and even indian movies today show much more than a neck kiss, so why are we holding up a morality finger against Arjun and Rati.
I salute the creatives for taking out such brilliant chemistry between arjun and rati and giving them a chance to proove their chemistry and blow their audience away.

yeah guys whatever it is please have some respect for the actors and keep arjun and rati out of it, they do whatever they are told to do, it isn't easy for them.

we should give some credit to them and appreciate their hardwork.

I am not attacking you on this but the above points I bolded are just what I have to say about them.

the very first point: Agree all these people do concentrate on studies. Absolutely true because for me my studies come first but do they have a social life that involves relationships such as MN? yes...do their studies get disturbed when they get in such relationship? maybe...In the end are they responsible for their own failure? Def. Do regular girls think about marriages or such ideas? It is always present on each and everyone of us but in the end it is an individual who has the power of self in their own hand. I have seen people who claimed that they would never let a relationship or a boy get in the way of their success and they are the same girls who get screwed over and over.

Second point: Do such scenes seen as cheap and vaulgar when you are in love? Never! but I do respect your views but you have to understand that what you see is never seen the same by others...Everyone of us here is different and we see differently too. So i think you shouldn't assume that what you see as cheap and vaulgar is seen the same way by your cousins or friends or what not...

third point: I completely agree with how media influences our daily life! I am all up for it but again in the end you have to understand that it is us in the end who can truly can differentiate from right to wrong. What I mean to say is that it is our perception of how we take in those influence and use it in our daily life. As an individual, the decisions that I make will determine how I will live my life not some box of picture showing me things to do. But keeping that in mind, I am also aware that majority of us are not educated enough, especially underdeveloped countries where majority are still lacking education, to distinguish from right and wrong. We will commit acts that might bring negative consequences on us and others...It does happen in real life.

Last point: yes india is not ready for intimicy but does that mean we should avoid it at all costs? no becuase if it could happen in movies, where such acts are being welcome slowly, then it will definitely happens in T.V.

Here's a suggestion: just watch the show and enjoy it in the two sense: one u cud see it as a joke and two think of it how it would never happen to you in real life because in reality guys are not that romantic and immature especially if they are your age. 😆

Again not bashing you but putting out some views of what I do agree and what I dont agree.
