I am Yes because all the companies getting up to 60% profits in the quarter circle.

Yes, it is the prudent thing to do. After all, the public has to approve the roads, hospitals and airports as well. Incumbent politicians will be wary of going against public opinion.

Am from California, that looks like many other U.S. states, only more so. California's $1.8 trillion economy, twice the size of India's and accounting for about 15% of the US gross domestic product is powerful enough to have ripple effects nationally. Some economists believe the state's land prices may hit bottome before the rest of the nation's, and start an upward tick earlier as well.
