Do not agree with Geeta's Comments

First let me start by saying that Piyali is not the best kathak dancer and her performance was okay as pointed out by Remo, but the comments and clarification that Geeta gave in order to say that her dance was so so, I donot agree with it... She said that her expressions should have had the pain through out her performance, just like how she had started... The dance was not all about pain, the dance showed small flashes about the girl remembering her happy sweet moments with her husband and then she comes back to reality... that's why there was subtlety and smile in parts of her dances...why can't Geeta understand this?

DC my dear you are giving Param Pujya Geeta maa way more credit than her lil self deserves...

DO we have any proof she has any, some or a lot of training in any type of classical training? Does she have acquired knowledge-theory in any type of classical dancing? last but not least does she have Acquired Practical experience in Classical Dancing...Now watching TV and shaking Bootie ain't considered as an experience OKIE 😉...I am not saying she watched TV and has been choreographing shaking booties..FIgure of speech...

Bollywood or Street dancing is really not considered to be Classical or semi classical IMHO...But than again what do I know? 😳

So let her talk from which ever end she wants to talk and give her expert opinion and we the audiance know what to listen and what to let out the other ear...Selective hearing we must adapt to...

No offense meant to Geeta maa or her supporters...

wheneva it cums to masters dance themselves Geeta has always shown us only her thumkaas nothin else... I wish if she cud have shown us her dancing dn it wud have bcum easy to give her d credits...
