I hear everything that you guys are saying, but have a slightly different opinion-

1. In my opinion, this is just an incidence that the CV's are trying to portray to show that gross injustice happens with innocent people in our society. I don't think that in the bigger context, we are meant to take it literally.

Realistically, they would have sent a few police guys to the location, and not everyone. So, Abhay going there itself was kind of like a last minute decision. It can be assumed that he may not have had a vest in the car. And he may not have had the time to put one on when he got there... No so unbelievable?

4. If the blast has just happened, they thought Asad got to the roof and is trying to escape, they may have the vest with him, they know he shot at a cop (according to them), so, they may have perceived Asad to be a threat. He may diffuse the other vest too and kill more people. So, they shot at him in that fear maybe?

5. If all of this is happening in parallel, it has been a matter of few minutes. Tomorrow, everyone's attention should shift to Abhay, making sure he is taken to a hospital, tending to the other people who are injured etc. I think all of it will happen in tomorrow's episode.

As hurt as I am, I don't think that whatever was shown is truly unbelievable. I may be an exception in feeling this way though. But, I am with you guys in the fact that I am truly bummed too. I will miss these 2 guys hopelessly (if Abhay dies that is). Else, we have light at the end of the tunnel, a little sooner than we can expect, because Abhay will clear Asad's name.

Agree with u ,its happens &its happened ,Abhay was going to meet his superior and in the mid Police Saw Ravi/rajesh in the car so he just went there and ,that was last min decision and if u hear they call & ask where is Ambulance?
I dont think thats for Asad(who is dead)
And about shooting innocent, that Pic was sent by Yash and Abhay (who didn't check pic)
So if some1 from this position addressed him Terrorist i don't think they got enough time to think ,and if u heard they told that they shot one who shot DCP sir ,it was their fault that they didn't give asad a chance to speak out of emotion and same thing happened with yash ,he mixed Personal &professional life ,his emotion for radhika(may be its his mistake too but till now its shown that radhika is his 1st priority)
There is many people in world who mix personal & Professional ,some innocent pay for it ,its close to reality(according to me bcz heard some story like this)

1stly dey took time to show abhay d brave officer n kept him engaged in dos saas bahu things...an officer lk him shud hv got more to show hw brave he is ...some cases solved by him n all...we did nt knw wt he is till he ws shown in uniform which ws jus few epis b4 getting shot...

Well i think here Cv wanted to show Everyone's professional life and its not Long running show so thats y each characters got few episode ..
Most importantly its depends on people's point of views ..

As much as Abhay's death hurts, it isn't far from reality. In fact, I think that Abhay being gunned down by a terrorist is a scene very much picked from recent history.

The 26/11 attacks saw the deaths of many officers but there were 3 officers who met the same fate as Abhay in Dahleez on that night around the Cama Hospital in town. Officers Hemant Karkare, Vijay Salaskar and Ashok Kamte were headed to a particular location when they were unexpectedly gunned down by Kasab and his partner when they stepped out to nab the terrorists/help the victims. All the of them were senior officers and were doing what needed to be done - without much backing or bullet-proof vests.

I don't think it's a norm in India to have bullet proof vests ---- Unlike in the west where even on normal days Police carry their vests, it isn't the same for India ---!!!!

I may not remember correctly but in 26/11 one of the senior officers died because he removed his bullet proof jacket , while one of the others was shot in the head region. So I assume most of the senior officers did have bullet proof jackets I guess 😕
