I think, no one told her what exactly happpend with Simmi, but Suha assume that Simmi as preg .

Sinha brothers did keep mum as they did last time as well. Being woman , she assumed of falling unconscious twice means Simmi is preg . These Sinha brothers are damn good at keeping mum at certain critical times.😆

from the Episode, now I know, simmi herself learnt her heart condition but going to pretend as if she doesnt know. Abhay thinks he still can lie to simmi regarding her health and Mediacation.

Simmi will keep her fake pregnancy drama until the truth comes out some day. I dont think she is preg, coz Abhay himself told that she shouldnt, means she isnt . Atleast he cares her truly.

Vanshika's re entry into the show means SuhSimmi will both use her to create some MU between Swadarsh. , But Swa isnt like any other girl but knows her man very well,

I dont think Vanshika's is just for a single epi . Now Simmi is more dangerous than SuhMan as it seems. Wont suprise if Simmi spikes Adarsh/ Vanshika's drinks to make another pics fiasco. Some people never change their life time. She will get what she deserves.

Seeing Suh giving haarathi to Abhay/Simmi , now she is truly accepting them now. I can see Adarsh smile, as finally his wish become true as Suha accepted her DIL. Adarsh promise to Ahuja is now fulfilled.😃

But Adarsh's smile vanished in a jiffy means he might be worried of his mum as Simmi's pregnancy is itself a lie. fake things will make some one happy or to be happy for a while but never gives true happyness that lasts long .

one day Simmi willl learn that she is the least favourite Bahu in Sinha family and then why is it so.
