Dahleez Written Update 20th March 2016

Swadheenta calls Mishra for the file, but is at a coffee shop and tells her that the xerox guy went to grab a tea. She tells him to hurry up. Mishra comes in the last minute and gives her the file. Swadheenta grabs it and rushes off. The press is at the high court and covering the case proceedings. Singh Vi walks into court and Navin Abuja greets him. Swadheenta is on her way to court and her scooter break downs. Ahuja and A. K. Singh Vi exchange glances in court. Court proceedings begin.

Judge asks for opposition's lawyer. Singh Vi says its her first case so may be she backed out. Ahuja glances at the farmers who are looking for her lawyer. Swadheenta is trying to call someone when Adarsh passes by. Swadheenta rushes towards his car and gets in. Adarsh promises to Swadheenta that he will get her to court on time. Singh Vi, Navin and the judge are waiting for Swadheenta. The farmers are waiting for Swadheenta. Adarsh drops Swadheenta off at court and says that he has to see her fight her first case. Just then her elder brother calls him and tells him that Mukesh Sinha (dad) wants to see him.

Singh Vi says Swadheenta is wasting the courts time and will not come. Swadheenta walks into court and the judge reprimands her for being late. Court proceedings start. Singh Vi starts the case by showing that Navin Ahuja has bought the land legally. Singh Vi then puts Swadheenta down and says that she is just her to defame his client and get money. Swadheenta says objection, but is unable to speak and everyone is laughing.

Singh Vi again puts Swadheenta down. Swadheenta is shaken and drinks water. Singh Vi asks the judge permission to showcase a proof. Singh Vi asks Swadheenta to stand up and starts questioning her about barging into Ahuja's party. Singh Vi is on fire and keeps throwing questions at Swadheenta and she is unable to answer. Singh Vi asks the judge to take notice. Judge asks Swadheenta for her opinion on the case after listening to Singh Vi. Swadheenta is unable to speak. Judge asks her to speak up. Swadheenta remembers Suhasini and her family motivating her. Singh Vi again starts bashing Swadheenta in court. Judge again asks her to speak up but she doesn't.

The judge says that if you don't have anything to say in your defense the case will be closed. The judge is about to close the case, but Swadheenta speaks up and says she has something. Singh Vi says to the judge not to waste anymore time of the court. The judge gives Swadheenta two days time to read the file and come back. The judge says if you don't have evidence next time this case will be dismissed. Singh Vi tries to objet, but the objection is over ruled. Session is done. Singh Vi taunts Swadheenta to go find clues. Ahuja comes and takes Singh Vi with him. The farmers are worried and they leave. Swadheenta remembers what she said during the interview, the farmers words and Singh Vi's words.

Swadheenta walks out of court and press hounds her for details on the case. Prakash Yadav and the farmers walk pas her with hope.

Precap: Adarsh sees Swadheenta and tries to cheer her up. A small girl asks Swadheenta why her mud house is always breaking. The girl says that her mom said that all their houses will be taken down.
