She is right on the Gaza issue, but she is very problematic with her out of whack views on feminism, and just how she conducts herself with her problematic husband

Patriarchy and religion has often been confused in fact Afghanistan was one of the oldest countries to give women the right to vote. Taliban isn’t equal to what is in Islam.
people have distorted so much abt the religion

For example both Jews and Muslims have lot of common practices like head covering. In fact Orthodox Jews still follow this traditions.
And I am not saying when something happens in other side of the world we shouldn’t talk abt what’s happening in our country. Suffering is same everywhere. But what’s happening in Gaza is beyond anything people have witnessed. There are people going in boats with aid and they r being send back or taken hostage. Do u think such things happen anywhere else. I had relatives in Ukraine during Russian Ukraine war yet they came out alive and well. They received help from people. This is pure torture. Let’s not enjoy or take pleasure just because we think Palestine means people from one religion who deserve to be punished.

Also wife beating or hitting anyone isn’t allowed in Islam I doubt it’s allowed in other religions as well. There are numerous cases of dowry death and domestic abuse in India itself from different religions. Does that mean it’s allowed in religion whether it been Hindu muslim Christian or other religions. Obviously not. Just few months back it was on news abt a women found dead in her apartment people suspecting her husband killed her there r videos of domestic abuse that she recorded. She was a Hindu. Does that mean Hindus are allowing it in their religion. Of course not. Just like that even Muslims don’t have anything that says to beat up ur wife

Yes glad someone spoke up from BW. It’s orchestrated mass murder and almost reaching the level of brutality of holocaust. The world is watching.

But I dont have an iota of respect for this woman. Whatever be the case, I cannot possibly respect a woman who wears hijab. And same applies to pallu or anything that’s such blatantly regressive and sexist. Sorry. And more surprising is she started wearing it after marriage .

What sort of so called religion is so insecure that it kills people if they leave ?

They also have guardianship laws where females will have to take permission from male members of the family to study, travel, marry. This is the apartheid that need attention. Gender apartheid. This is the social justice issue of our time.

You should educate yourself on Islam before you make such ignorant claims. Speaking ill on someone's religion because of terrorists who have no relation to anything remotely practised in Islam or any religion whatsoever..these are monsters who belong to no religion..so forming a misleading conception about an entire religion based on these monsters is being very judgemental and ignorant at the same time.
