Why is it about religion? Our nation comes first and also our nations allies. God forbid if tomorrow there is a war like situation we know which country will actually help us.

I wasn’t talking about the ties India has with Israel at the government level, that’s national interest, and fair enough, especially since Israel was one of the only countries that stood with India after the attack. What I meant was at the civilian level. You’ve got Indian accounts fighting for Israel’s cause online like their lives depend on it, while in reality Israel doesn’t even allow Indians into certain bars and pubs in Tel Aviv. To them, you’re all the same, whether from Bangladesh or India.

The irony is brutal, a country once colonized now cheering for a settler colony, simply because its victims belong to a group their own government has spent a decade teaching them to hate. Israel and the IDF are committing some of the worst atrocities in Gaza and Lebanon. Videos of these horrors surface daily, and yet some people shamelessly celebrate them, claiming the victims somehow had it coming. There’s no other explanation except plain Muslim hate. While the rest of the world, including Jewish voices and global celebrities,stand with Palestine, Indians somehow manage to stand out on the wrong side of history.
