Just a qn that has been running in my mind for long.. how will a life of rapist be after he completes his punishment and comes out.. Will he be leading a normal life??? Will he not be looked with disgussed way like ppl see the victim.. will he be able to have a happy family.. will his daughter not qn him...

If a rapist can lead a normal life after his punishment then nothing other than faasi shld be given...

In one of regional channels they said ammendment is required in juvilien court for these kind of crimes.. also in mny of these kind of cases criminals are of young age.. life imprisonment wld be for 14 years.. so by 40 they are out n are bck to their life.. is this wot is called justice.. who can bring ammendment in law.. and how...

Well, I think that rapist(s) live a normal life after getting the punishment. Their life remains unaffected. It is the victim who is affected the most. This is because our law is such. They get a square meal in the jail so they dont have to earn. They wrok in the jail for which they are compensated. And, if their behaviour is good, the judge lessens the punishment...🤢

Even after coming out, they are happy. They either threaten the girl and her family or take revenge form her...😡

I agree with Muskaan. Most rapists probably come out and lead a normal life and who knows...maybe they rape again as well. Wouldn't be a first if they couldn't control themselves. 🤢 And then of course they go after the girl who got them arrested and jailed in the first place. Because that girl threatened their manhood. 😡

This is the main reason why girls do not approach the police. The maximum jail term for a rapist is 10 years...🤢 The animal can walk out easily before completing the jail term too...😡 So, this punishment should be removed and on the spot death should be the punishment.

I dont think only the general public can bring a change. Just look at the Delhi case. The entire nation was on the way of protest. It was the demand of the victim herself to burn all the 6 live. But, what happened..?? That minor animal is enjoying his 3 year term and hell knows when the 4 will be actually hanged... They are just given the punishment NOT yet punished...

They still have the option of fighting in the higher courts..🤢
