Today I saw mohe rang de series. A young boy killed by a retired army officer. It was presented very well. But I think their was too much emotion which clouded some facts.

If those boys continuously breaking trespassing rules, why did not they post a sentry near that tree to thwart them? Or why didnt they capture them and complained to the school principal?

Though I felt sad, I feel the cantonment's security people do not do their duty properly. Some terrorists may also scale the boundary walls and create mayhem.

Why should they show Bhopal cantonment in a bad light when it happened in Tamil Nadu?

I wish they avoided this controversial telecast. Will they have guts to telecast what is happening in some other highly troubled states?

For the faults of a few, they should not show our army in a bad light.

The CVs misrepresented the facts by stating the boy was 11 year old and a brilliant student. Actually the said boy was 13 year old.And the way the investigator went on giving moral lessons is unbelievable. No investigator will do this. They do their work and leave the judgment to the lawyers.

For the sake of trps, these tv people will not even spare the army.

Now-a-days; they are stretching the duration of the show to much. Two hours for a crime story.
Previously; each story used to be max 30mmin- 1hr.

You are right...
The family issues of the murder victims are shown too much...

Offcourse the family issues have to be shown. Why do you think so many people watch this show. It is because it is presented in such a way that would make people take notice. If it would not show emotion it would be like a crime news channel.

And it does not make that big a diference to say if the boy was 11 years old or 13...

Also, yes maybe they should have stated where it actually happened so as not to show the Bhopal Contonment in the wrong light. But it doesnt really matter. Ever so often they change the citys name or states name.. At that time we never say that they showing another city in a bad light.

Its all about delivery. And i think the way the show is delivered is perfect.

They have done a good job.
But I am worried about army people being depicted as heartless monsters. Many get that impression. The murder was by a hot tempered ex army man. This man would have shot even his wife or his son if provoked. But they have depicted it as though it is between the rich and the poor.

Why are you so ignorant...
an Army Chief/Karnal Shot and killed an 11 or 13 year old boy because he hated him.. Because that kid would come to steal BADAM... the army officer could have complained to his parents... or just could have talked to his parents... but instead he thought killing him is ok...
The police did their job, and the army officers then also supported them... CRIME PATROL is doing a great job bringing these issues into Television.. for some people to actually learn something good of it.. but people like would never do... Don't see the Negative part,,,, see the positive...
That kid was not suppose to go thier... but its a kid... again best way would have been for that karnal to go and actually meet his parents in person... and talk to both of them nicely, that it is not good to get into Army compound like Criminals... It will be a threat to themm...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CRIME PATROL ONLY PRESENTS TRUE STORIES... THAT IS WHAT THE SHOW IS ABOUT... WE CAN NOT BRING THAT KID's LIFE BACK, BUT WE SHOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING LIKE THIS AGAIN... KAPEEESH
