Why did they move to London?
UK is mini India.. many people of Indian origin are there.. so it is impossible that they won’t be recognised in public.. and lack of privacy given by people..

I think they should hire bodyguards.. who will protect them.. prevent such recordings..

They should wear a mask and a cap.

Not sure though. Sometimes, they would have hired someone to take their pics and print articles. Else no one will remember them. They need brand shoots also so have to be noticed. They need to be relevant.
