Why did South Africa retain de Kock? They don't have another keeper? Rossouw should have opened w/ Amla, or maybe du Plessis should have opened w/ Amla, w/ Rossouw coming in @ #3.

Pak - do I really prefer Younis to Nasir? Only if I want South Africa to win, which I do.
