Story Behind Christmas"Merry Christmas santa..!!!"The children shouted out with joy right after santa has opened the door for em"Merry Christmas kids ..Get in"the children rush into the house ..were offered their snacks and drinks..santa went back to his work while one of the kids approached him "Santa what are you doing?"Asked the kid"I'm wrapping the gift which will be gifted to the kid allover the world tonight ...do you like to help me out?"Santa ask the kid"I would love to "the kid started helping santa "santa can i ask you something?""Sure "santa replied"Santa we celebrate Christmas every year,but what's the story behind it??can you please tell me the back story of it?"the kid asked ,while santa smiled"Yes,santa we all want to know about it please tell us the back story of Christmas"the other kids joined in "I surely will kids ..now every one take your seats.""yay"all the kids took their place before santa..all set to hear about the story behind Christmas..then santa being the story "The meaning of Christmas in old English means is "Christ's Mass" which is a annual festival commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ..According to the biblical accounts jesus born to virgin mary in the assistance of her husband joseph at a stable surround by the animals in bethelehem..An angel from the heaven informed the shepherds about the arrival of the Christ saying "good news of great joy": "to you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, who is the Messiah, the Lord." The shepherd were the first ones to visit the infant Christ ..Some popular traditions also speak about three king named melchior ,caspar and balthazar visiting the infant Christ but these aren't mentioned in any of the biblical account .in the biblical account of Gospel of Matthew it is mentioned that lots of magi /astrologers also visited the young Jesus.. who brought gifts of Gold, frankincense and myrrh to the infant Jesus...it is believed that all the visitors use to follow a mysterious star, commonly known as the "Star Of Bethlehem ",believing it to announcement of the birth of "A king of the Jews" Soon The king of Bethlehem Herod The Great also got aware of the Christ birth and him being treated as a holy spirit ..he felt jesus to be a threat to him thus he ordered that all male children in his country under 2 year should be slaughtered ..but even before this could happen joseph was warned by an angel in his dream about herod's bad intention in order to save his son he shift out to the Egypt And after Herod's death, the family return from Egypt, but they are afraid to return to Bethlehem because Herod's son rules the place,so they move to Galilee " As santa completed the story he observe that all the kids had already dozed off into their slumber ..santa smile seeing the site infront of him and whisper "Merry X-mas"_______________________________________Okay here you go with my write up .. i tried the story telling style for this one ..all the info credit goes to Wikipedia ..do tell me how you feel about this one..do i need to add/remove anything to this or leave it as it is..i didn't use colour because i don't know what combo we are using and none of you cared to say me about it ..ignore typo's..not my post !!
