Generally, high contrasts and brightness effect our eyes and lead to headaches. So if does the high brightness level that IPS technology do the same?

No, the IPS technology helps in reducing the contrast levels and increasing the brightness. This high brightness level does not do any harm to your eyes alone.

what effect does TV's without the flicker free technology have on us?

Hi VInay Such TV may have a lower picture quality and also may put at you risk when it comes to eyesight and stress.

Yes, IPS and FPR technologies have taken 3D TV's to a whole new level. The display as well as eyesight and health is taken care of by these new technologies.
