Previously i use to watch some of the shows of colors..which this guy destroyed brutually and blamed on actors previously aswell. However, i dont trust him and i would not believe his side of story.. Kapil ko bhi pura haq hai apni stardom ko feel karne ka ...High fees is his right and rival channel pe work krne ka contract thing is disgusting. Colors ne to nai launch kia tha Kapil ko... -_-

Well I dont think theres anything wrong in increasing your fee if u know u r irreplaceable for an organization. Afterall thats what every employee strives for, to become an irreplaceable asset and then thrive on your value. Colors is a pathetic channel and thats the truth. They just want to run their stupid shows for ages and when employees wish to move on they bad mouth them n do mudslinging. They exactly did the same thing when the leads of balika vadhu left one by one...losers. And pls no one would stick to ur snoozefest jst bcoz u wish to run it for an eternity.

Kapil shud really do good work on big screen now. That would be the best "take that" for colors.

why kapil is silent on this issue ?

Their aired the episode only coz of audience who blasted colirs for not airing it. So niw tell who is unprofessional. Their didn't even tell to CNWK team that heir are not airing last episode n when it aired they edited those emotional parts from the show whihgot leaked on YT.

So the channel also be angry ,if kapil is in talks with rival channels ,colors have treated him like family ...only kapil can break contract ,colors can't such stuff.Even star plus has made such contract wherein the actor's can't work in other channels
