Does anyone here kno how do to square root? If so can u tell me if my process is right?
Root over 14
First i guess a value. my guess is 7.
Then 14 divided by the guess 7=2
Then average 2 and 7 (2+7)/2=4.5
then divide 14 by the new number 14/4.5=3.111
then average (4.5+3.111)/2=3.80
Then divide 14 by 3.80= 3.68
then average (3.80+3.68)/2=3.74
thats my process can anyone tell me if it is right?
and the first three numbers of root over 14 is 3.74
