But what about Barboza, an "international" criminal syndicate boss? No coverage about him? Keeping everything under wraps??

Barbs is the biggest shame of CID....imagine not able to catch someone for 7 years.....so CID decided to keep him on the DL

And yet here... Here there is a solid evidence against you yet the entire team is still supporting you!! The entire freaking team!! Not once did they say a single word suspecting Daya or anything even remotely against him.

Why did the makers have to ruin Daya's character in those weeks??

Frankly, we will never know... And I don't even give a damn about him. I mean, yeah I did have a soft spot for him after seeing his Aai and his changed behaviour in the latter half of his stint, but that's it. I don't care much about him.

That's true. Barboza is indeed the biggest shame of CID. First, they end up catching a doppelganger while the real one is vacationing somewhere. Uske baad, he entered the bureau in broad daylight, bombed the building and escaped. Then, he yet again escaped from the CID without too many efforts.
