CID is not airing here in India. No new episodes, no repeat episode in SET India. Only Sony Pal is airing old episodes...

Thanks. The reason I asked, as for the past few weeks, repeats of CID shown in it's usual time at 4.30pm. Yesterday that disappeared.

I don't watch CID regularly but while surfing if I happen to see that CID is on I make it a point to watch the full episode .

In the recent episode that I watched, ACP Pradyumn was shot in the eye by some kind of assassin 😲 😈 .

New episode shown yesterday?? If yes,what was the episode title?

As our schedule showed repeat of Feb'18 episode but I still switched over to Sony to check thinking schedule might not have changed. From what I saw at the start, thought not seen it before but as soon as title came then I had doubts. Have recorded the episode so when I watch it will find out repeat or new!!!!!!!!

22nd Sept episode

Okay I have so many issues with this episode, I don't even know where to begin.

Let's start with the ricochet. The culprits have to practice nonstop. I get it. But obviously they didn't practice with silencers. Then how the hell didn't anyone in the society hear the bullets? And why didn't they do anything about it?!!

Not to mention, these culprits had to practice and Daya gets it right with the first shot? Seriously?!! How did he know exactly where the bullet ricocheted off of? And why did he expect that the culprit would stick around after firing the kill shot?

Now to the culprits' plan. Oh my god. When I heard this outrageous plan, my first plan was to go into the TV and strangle them myself. Simple is always the key. The brother who got shot had made acquaintance with the Colonel to the point where he was going to the Colonel's home.

Plan 1 - poison the guy. Straightforward and simple and not as easy to get caught. Just put the poison in the tea leaves or in the milk or in a water bottle and then wait for the Colonel to use it. Viola! Effective and it will take a lot longer for the cops to find out where the poison came from. Don't like the idea?

Plan 2 - make the guy unconscious. Take him elsewhere. Shoot him. Bury him. The body doesn't get found until some time later or maybe never. Effective and you exact your revenge exactly the way you want it. Still don't like it?

Plan 3 - plan a fake robbery at the man's residence. Shoot him during the commission of the robbery. Leave no evidence. Take the goods. Again you exact your revenge and hey you've gotten paid for your troubles!

I mean honestly. There are so many ways to kill the guy and exact your revenge the way you want it. Of course you'll probably get caught in the end because you'll leave some evidence behind, but until then at least you can gloat that you got away with murder and it was a lot simpler than renting two rooms, practicing ricochet, and risk getting caught even before you exact your revenge.

It was nice to see CID back, but honestly I expected a better episode.
