There is no news of CID VEERTA AWARDS till yet. In January Sony tv head himself confirmed about it in the month of August.But now its October and we don't have any information about it. Can we do something about it by tweeting or something else.

Sony's ignorance about CID just can't be excepeted like that. They even don't show any promos of CID which is too irritating. And now it sidelined veerta awards also without giving any proper news. If we try to do something I think we will get both things in return.

If there is any other ideas please share...

I personally feel there are 2 steps we can take:

Twitter and Facebook campaign - We all get on Twitter or FB at one time and go at it for about an hour or so against Sony.
Email - If anyone knows an email address for Sony or FW, then we all send out emails for Veerta Awards and proper timing and airing for CID.

But at the same time, even though I hate saying this, I feel like Sony is slowly building itself around CID, so that when they make away with CID, they don't lose TRPs. I was talking about this previously with a few people and I really feel that CID is coming to an end. And Sony is building its line of shows so that it can do away with CID soon.

Well if sony wants to end CID, i'm ok with it. They can send legal notice to FW and then they can end CID with respect & a grand farewell which it deserves becoz it's the longest running Tv show of India so far.

But what sony is doing now, it's acceptable. Whether end it properly or give it proper importance.

By ignoring & avoiding CID, sony is insulting it. So the fans & even casts and crew members are getting upset.

So, we all should start campaign on Twitter & FB. We can tag Tellychakkar & other sites in our tweets also. A Facebook page & twitter club can help in this campaign greatly as then we can give directions to all.

But before this we have to think of some tags which we will be able to use in tweeter , fb and so on.

We can also start posting complaints in the complaint box of sony tv.

Whatever the reason may be ignoring such a long show which has brought laurels to the channel is not justiciable. If we have to start a campaign we will do it but why should we accept this type of attitude.

If someone can inform the admin of two popular fb pages.

Friends please participate in the pole. If we want CID to move to some other channel we have to voice our thought. So we all have to come to a decision. Please participate

Sony obviously has lost patience and is doing away with cid. More over - it is actually promoting CID on Sony Pal.
Sony Pal has plans to launch its new set of shows.
What if a day comes when CID is shifted altogether to Sony Pal?
