@Mini: There is no time tracking at all... no attendance system.. no login logout tracking...Its a complete freedom... given by company to work flexi hours...but my manager wants to showoff that his team comes 1st and leaves last 😡

@Vis: That's it... Even i don;t want to set expectations... Either complete flexi hours as per my will and wish..or time to time.. with no encroachment of personal space 😆 He has to choose.. he can't get both ... Avva Kavali Buvva kavali ante kudaradu ga 😛

If i leave at 7... then i'll be a kicked out... 😆

We have status call from 7:30 to 8:30...and hungary call from 8:30 to 9:30 .. Both Can't just listen.. have to be taking and will need laptop.. so i'll end up coming early and leaving late

Once in a while calls are ok...but how can this go on forever...???

he can't kick you out...use your laptop from home and take those calls.

Indian IT Culture is like that Vissy... 4 days a week we have calls till 8:30 ..and post 8:30 is once a week... and i don't think we can call that random 😆

These days in pellichupulu the only thing asked by parents is .. when do you come back home.. 😆. best case 9 O Clock..worst case 11 O Clock 😛

mom works in indian it co..meetings aren't set as such..weekly ..they r irregular at anytime anyday.imo login logout system is nice..

Packing done .. bought a nice travel bag :P :P now transfering some videos on tab to watch when I travel.
