Ten talising faces of TV
You've seen them all through the year and loved watching them saunter in your living rooms every evening. In Tellyland's numerous outings in the year 2012 some faces took their shows to new TRP highs, grabbed eyeballs and in the process scaled their own popularity quotient.
5) Shivaji Satam
Shivaji Satam can easily be called an iconic character of TV. His role play of ACP Pradyuman in one of the longest running shows (CID) on Indian television is something the audiences will not be able to forget for years to come. After 15 years of playing the CID boss, there are talks that Satam may quit the show (which the actor is yet to confirm or deny). As the stiff upper-lip, unsmiling super cop leading his team to glory, Satam will be remembered as an important character in the history of crime shows.
