-You can take help from ONE siggy maker, but make sure that person is not participating in any other team.

So if I'm part of the organizing team for Daya sir's birthday thread, I cannot make any siggies for the others.

Exactly...and as you add your copyright on the siggy so u cant do for all 3 threads...same for VM (if we do)...same for other matters...thats a biggest prob

You can make siggies, but you can't open a thread there. Participating means making a post there.

Vis di I think the best option is to have non-siggy, non-VM, and non-avi makers as organizers of threads. That way these creators can contribute to all threads.

Organizers are only in charge...they have to decide who should make what and who should open thread and what content to put in the thread. the organizer can make siggies or open the thread if s/he has not made siggies/vms.
