I wouldn't actually mind another girl if the team wasn't so large already. They could've taken out one guy from the new comers and brought this gal instead. Purvi was doing good .. there's no need for 3 sr.insp. so remove Rajat maybe even Vineet(preferably) or Nik.

They should add 4-5 new cops in the team.. The team should look like Real CID team.
