they are gonna show the episodes from 243 to 250.So I guess they will finish with the episodes from 2002 and the first case from 2003.Then again those so- called stupid classic cases from next week. 😡

Just watched The Case Of The Vanishing Girl again. It made me admire the old days once again. Another thing I learnt is that why does the culprit have to be caught in the end? Can't the crime just be prevented or solved, just like in this episode??

I find that in the 2002 cases, during the end titles, Narendra Gupta's name comes second and Aditya Srivastav comes after that. Now, it is the reverse....was Narendra Gupta a very popular actor back then? Has he appeared in any other serials?

I know that he had done a role of a father in some serial, but that was after he left CID.

It was not about popularity then. It was about seniority. Narendra Gupta is a much senior actor to Daya-Abhi. He was a common face in DD Serials during the golden era.

There was a case in CID in which a bullet enters a body and doesn't come out. In this case Dr. Salunkhe was transferred. I was wondering whether this case was 'Missing Bullet'.

This is not missing bullet. Missing Bullet is a classic case where Daya is framed. It has never been shown in the re-runs. The case you are mentioning is something else.
