I am giving a detailed description:
At the beginning, I liked the when the stars were caoming in and saying good thing about CID. Of course, Anu Malik had no business there., but then I'm thankful he didn't burst into singing "Ek Garam Chai Ki Payli Ho"😆I'm excited to know that II 5 is starting😃
At the mini-skit by the CID officers, I liked how it was done and even though there weren't major twists etc to it and it was kept very simple, it was certainly very good. The Abhijit-Tarika dance was very,very funny😆😆 Shardha Musale was very graceful and she did most of the dancing. Abhijit looked very smart in his black suit and looked so young😊 I guess Narendra Gupta was just out there to prove that he is still young and can dance.😆
Then the 12 years of Glory clip was very well made. It was nice to see former CID cast members. Especially, Smita Bansal and Anup Soni hosting the show.😃 The B.P. Singh clip was also good, he is a very fine actor and got into his character very well in the "Face-Off" episode. The most outstanding clip was the compilation of the 12 years clip with Ashutosh Gowarikar and everyone else. I didn't know that Om Puri acted in the show😲 Prabha Di, if you have the episode, I request you to upload it. Such a fine actor in CID, shouldn't be missed. I had seen the Prem Chopra episode, I remember. Maybe late 1998🤔
Then I liked the act by Vivek. Beautiful cheoreography actually.👏 Then, the dance with Vashinavi(Tasha) and Megha Gupta was good too. Megha Gupta had too much make-up on, though and has gotten fatter. Then I liked the song done by Kailash Kher, wonderful Sufi singer. He just blends into the song and it's just outstanding👏 About the songs done by the II contestants, I had mixed feelings. The first singer(sorry, forgot her name was brillant) but the second one, Meenal was too flat and was going all over the place. She was trying to copy Sunidhi Chauhan, which didn't work out👎🏼
The part with Salman Khan was good. Nice to see that he isn't showing off his body for once😆 and was actually there for a good cause(although he was also there for his movie promotion, Veer). Ah forgot, the part with the kids questioning the CID members was good too. I liked the first question about Tarika-Abhijit. I burst into laughter when I saw that🤣 Abhijit ji ko dekha, kaise sharma gaye the😳😆 Maybe the girl didn't know that he was married in real life. And then the question to Daya. The girl was so cute and what she said made me laugh in shock and awe ki she can say 'jhapar'. I liked Daya's response👏
Now to the cast members, I liked how the former cast came. Dhananjay Manderkar came but I was very angry that he wasn't called on stage nor shown in the compilation clip.😡 Also, Mona Ambagaonkar(Dr. Anjalika), Ashutosh Gowarikar and Ashwini Kalsekar didn't come. I understand that Gowarikar saab didn't come, he is too important to come to these meagre ceremonies, but what about the other too? Were they too egoistic? Really unfortunate if so😡. And finally the cake, oh so delicious😍😆
