Karna-Draupadi Face off err, Rads-Shantanu

I just love this new track- Radhika is firmly established in her position as Raj Prohitain and her total trust in her love for Dev and her Kanha of course. Shantanu is the slighted Karna, filled with anger and hatred. Today, was a good beginning towards that face off between these two fiery people.

I am looking forward to this new (old-Mahabharat) track. Even in the Mahabharat, Karna desires Draupadi. He comes to her Swayamvar but misses. He is consumed by his jealousies and insecurities of an abandoned son wrt the cherished "ladla" (pet) of Kunti, Arjuna (here, Dev).

Awaiting this plot to unfold. Today's episode also had a treat in store- bawre naina instrumental and the old majic that is radev was re-established. I hope they keep that track strong and not make the Dev-Arjun track into a Subhadra track to our Draupadi ie Rads- Uff, am getting all muddled here!LOL!

Nice post blokes. Yes, today was a good episode and the story is getting interesting. In the back of my mind the articles posted on telly cafe and Buzz Up are niggling at me and making me worried. Gosh, I really hope the CVs use their brains and don't screw this track up!

I think if they handle this Chakravyuh well, it will be a very interesting track to watch.........
With all the enemies on one side and her all alone with Kanha...........it might be that Dev is disgusing his memory loss to help Radhika..............
The face off between Radhika and Shantau.....will be fun to watch.

Blokes, I didn't like yesterday's torture but I guess it was writers' way of showing that Radhika is now strong enough to fight for her and Dev by herself. Also, they wanted a faceoff between Amma and Radhika publicly with Radhika coming out to be a winner. I love this new Radhika and liked today's episode. Hiten was good today with his Karna acting. He desires Radhika and his hatred for Dev is even stronger because Dev got everything and Radhika. So, really hope that they don't bring Subhadra (or a new girl) in the mix because this track requires only Dev, Shantanu and Radhika with Vaishali and Dadi in the middle. I agree that today's even two minute scene between Dev and Radhika was magical. Despite his words, Shantanu's enmity is only for Vaishali and Dev and not for Vivek and Dadi. Just as Karna spared all the four brothers and only vowed to kill Arjun, so does Shantanu. I hope that the writers keep it interesting and not muddle it like their earlier tracks since the burning stuff.

yes, sandeepa, sigrid- I hope they don't mess up this track. What I would like to see is a complete showdown- it began today- Rads knows the truth about Shantanu and she is livid. She will not allow an impostor like him to come anywhere near the Prohit parivaar.

Now, she will have to show the cunning of Kunti and ensure the safe position of her husband until he returns. And no, I do not want her pregnant now- I want her character to be one of a powerful matriarch who holds her position like a tigress protecting her cubs (here, the Prohit family).

this track demands a lot of intelligence to develop. It needs the cleverness of Chanakya and the love of Kanha.

I am awaiting the Govinda Gopala radhe Radhe song whenever she wins a hit against Shantanu and the Bawre Naina in her bedroom without Dev. Sigh....

why3- the Shubadra track should stop with her falling in love with Dev and helping him regain his consciousness- no more- I am tired of seeing multiple wedding tracks. It is sickening and it is illegal- I do not know why these Indian soaps show these multiple weddings.

Rather, it would be super romantic- just as Dev kept dreaming up Rads when he was searching for her in the galis of Vrindavan, going crazy- now he needs to "search" for her in the galis of his heart- or should I say, memory lanes whose access is currently denied. That would make us all sigh and cry!

august123- I think Rads cannot develop if Dev returns soon. Also, if Dev doesnt loose his memory he will return immediately and we will lose lovely poignant romantic scenes of 'loss' and missing.

it may be a good idea to send birju in search of dev and he will be the hanuman in reverse- looking for ram instead of sita!!
