I think radhika is again dreaming the consequence of truth if her mothers reveals the truth,her babuji will get heart attack,and then she stop devki to reveal truth and will accept that she is lying and suddenly shashtri ji will come there wilh nandu and then drama will progress
just my views but it all depends on craetives how will they shape the story ,On radika side or their favourite vish side .
I have said this becoz u have noticed in IBN Tv episode that when rdahika accepting that she is lying with holding her hands and devki was standing by her side,shastri was not there.if his heart attack is real or ifhe is taken to hospital then what devki is doing their with radhika she must be in hospital with shastri ji
