Just desperately wanted to change my mental "track" ... and decided to put this happy / jumping track from jab jab phool khile ... by none other than M Rafi ... Ho Hamko tumpe pyaar aaya ... and beautiful Kashmir as backdrop ... what more can u ask for !!!

But little background first ..😉

I have this little mp3/i pod gifted by my gujju GF .. so far I have about 400 songs in it, mostly from 60's 70's era .... and of course some recent selective ones ....

Came upon above song ... and as if I badly "needed" to jump with shashi kapoor, immediately left the kitchen where I was listening it, jumped on utube band wagon ... got the link, and BELIEVE ME ... YOU ALL WILL BE ELATED AND JOIN ME ... that's how happy and jubilant and fast the song is ....

DEV's just so happy that he has his radhika's love and support in his life .. no 3rd person need dare enter, when daadi and babuji jaise two mahaan diggaj are with them, behind them all the way thru ...

Hi lovely CBians and antaksharians ( 😉😉), had almost decided not to come near the computer this weekend let alone actually sit down to type ...

But watching the above movie for the umpteenth time for last 2 hours on zeetv ... gave me such a boost ... that apne aap hi my feet turned to this inanimate computer, just so we can all feel little animated !!! 😊😃

The movie is ~ Jab We Met ...This song and (aaoge jab tum saajna) are two of my abs fav among recent movies .. Of course the words are ~ Naa hai ye panaa, naa khona hi hai .... tera naa hona jane, kyun hona hi hai, tum se hi din hota hai, surmai shaam aati hai, tum se hi ... by mohit chauhan ..❤️❤️

Are we on the same "track" or what, Ramola Dear !!! 😉 Coz went back to finish watching the last part of the movie (jag sara jag sara, etc.) ... Then just now ret'd to start looking for "H" song ... even saw a song from guess what "Vivah" movie ... the most talked-about movie these past 2-3 days .. geez ... (and remembered that u had already posted that song 5-6 days ago maybe .... shahid sings in the plane .... chaar din ... rem ?) So continued with my hunting (!!) ... and found this very old number ... from 1951 Kali Ghata ...

Actually growing up .. since "H" baar baar aata hai, we used to pick this song .. And even in those days I was crazy about songs with piano as the base like this one from kali ghata ... my .. brings back great memories ..

And what's really weird is ~ when I copied the above link while listening to the song ~ I wanted to say a few words here about shanker jaikishan, who (other than piano accordian) are also known to use piano in some of their very pop songs ... And what's odd is ~ I hardly ever read the posted comments, but today I did and was amazed to find sombody posted almost exactly as what I wanted to write about ...

Well, long story short, here's what the poster says ... I'm actually beside myself ... this is really spooky ... ok enough kahani ..

What a lovely-- and lively-- Lata song! The piano? prelude sounds like it is in Anil Biswas's signature style, but the rhythm otherwise is reminiscent of Shankar Jaikishen. Thank you for the song and for the pretty photo montage too !!

Ranchi dear, u might be interested to know ~ that this song and two others in Badal (unse pyaar ho gaya) and Barsat (jiya beqaraar hai) were the? magnum opus of S&J. They knew how to increase the palpitations in the heart of lovers .... Shailendra and Hasrat Jaipuri who penned these lyrics had to be truly romantic in their soul. These songs really touch the soul. Thanks S&J !

This time Radhika to Dev ... since lot of tables are turning lately ... hopefully for the better !!!
